Angelique Beauregard is the author of the upcoming book A Second Coming of Age – The Road to Becoming a Healthy, Wealthy, Modern Golden Girl. She is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, devoted to helping midlife women lose weight permanently so they can confidently show up in the world in a body they love. Having successfully overcome her own life-long weight loss struggles, she is an inspirational leader in her field.
Elizabeth Johnston is an author, professor and podcaster. She has taught taught others how to own their creativity through writing for over 20 years. During that time she has consistently produced writing in a variety of genres. Some of the places her work can be seen are The Huffington Post, Yellow Pages Online, The Globe and Mail, The South China Morning Post, The Montreal Gazette, Wascana Review and many others. She’s also contributed to a best-selling travel book, written, produced and directed a short film, and published her literary non-fiction book, No Small Potatoes, and she also won a Canada Council for the Arts writing grant to write her book.
